Metals / Minerals Spot-Check (Fingerstick)

This “spot card” test is for 8 common metals – both beneficial and harmful. The 8 Spot test can be done at home and does not require a phlebotomist.

Nutrient Elements: Copper, Selenium, Zinc

Toxic Elements: Antimony, Arsenic, Cadmium, Lead, Mercury

Includes a 15 minute consult to review results and develop an applicable action plan.

Test Requirements

Follow the instruction sheet provided. Key considerations are:
Each blood spot must:
* Soak through the collection card so blood shows through on the back.
* Get the blood drop as close to the dotted line as possible.
* Contain one drop per circle with no overlapping.
* Do not touch finger to card. Only blood should touch the card.
